That room was not clean. I felt like I was in a motel

I like that the property was pet friendly. I also liked the location of the property. I did not like the room cleanliness and unprofessional staff. The room had an odor and when addressing it with the front desk, I was handed a bottle of deodorizer. Rather than providing a band aid to the problem, management should address the root cause. The bedding had stain marks, it was a miserable stay. We shortened our stay to one night and switched hotels. Needed a shower after taking a shower I spent one night in this hotel, and would never go back. The room was dirty, the furnishings were sparse and worn, and the room was extremely worn. The shower curtain is too long, and I stood on the bottom half of it while it showered. There is hardly any bedding, and the refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned (there were crumbs and food residue on the shelves). The room had a musty odor, and the halls and entryway were dark and cluttered. This place is really in bad shape.

Horrible and dirty I would not recommend this place. It was dirty. I asked several times for staff to clean the bathroom and they never came out. This is why I don’t like to pre-pay for rooms. Avoid at all costs.

Never Again!! Terrible experience! There was dried urine all around the bottom of the toilet. Burner wouldn’t work in the room. Dishes horrible. Bed not comfy at all. TV super small with extremely limited channels. Worst part was at 4:30am a couple got into a huge fight. Yelling and screaming! Slamming into the hallway walls then in the room. Went on for 1 1/2 hours. Kept calling downstairs with zero answer. Called 911 and not sure if anyone showed up. Music blaring every evening. People sitting by front door smoking and jus... read more

Don’t waste your stay here. Upon entering, the front desk clerk and housekeeping were arguing about her not cleaning the right room. I stood there for 3 minutes waiting for them to finish. After they continued, I just walked right up to the window. Finally went to room, there was hair everywhere. Like somebody was shedding like a dog. Hair in the freezer, frig, counter and all the dresser. The shower drain was clogged and took 10 minutes for it to drain.
