Nightmare for a night I’ll never stay at this hotel again the shower head was attached by a plastic bag to its pole the carpet was filthy I believed my accommodations were for a two queen bed room the bed felt more like a single. Management acted as if they didn’t give a care good thing it was only for one night

Not Good The room was not clean, a mosquito attacked me in the room Friday night. We were supposed to get a different, didn't.

Terrible please clean this place up!! For the price I paid of $250 for one night I was very disappointed with my experience. It felt as if we were renting out a room at a apartment complex, staff hanging out in the lobby with what seemed to be the residents, housekeeping did a terrible job cleaning the room, the place wreaked of marijuana, residents asking for cigarettes in the hallways. Long story short it was TERRIBLE and I just wanted to hurry up and get out of that place!!

Don’t waste your time This place was horrible. The front desk - non friendly,not welcoming, the smell fishy, trashy, the hallway was dirty, the room was awful, the bathroom disgusting, the sheets had lint balls. Never again

Don’t stay here It was horrible. The room and hotel were dirty. I asked for a late check out and the desk clerk who checked us in was friendly and helpful. He said it was no problem, and gave us a late check out of 1pm the next day. Took our name and room number. The next day housekeeping came in when I was showering. I reserved three rooms, my family of eight drove from Georgia to Cleveland Ohio 12 hrs. To find out they didn’t have our rooms available. I booked 12 days before check in. 2am in the morning we had to go search for another hotel. Which we booked cone to find out the rooms were disgusting, toilet leaked over our clothes. Hair weave left in the room. And white stains on the bed skirt. Totally disgusting. Room was non refundable. Ok hotel Ok hotel, I’ve stayed in better Extended Stays, checked in a room with someone’s dirty underwear in a drawer and cigarette smell. It’s noisy as well guests aren’t courteous of other guests.
