Someone stole my wife’s car out the parking lot. Of course the hotel doesn’t have cameras. Even tho her would have still been stolen it would have been nice to know they had footage and that could have really helped

This is an old hotel. I did not expect such a condition for a good neighborhood like Beachwood. The room and all the furniture are dated, sheets, pillow cases are old with stains on them that proves they have been washed 1000 times. Internet is slow. My room was on top floor and non-smoking. I could hear my neighbors’ conversation and smell the cigarette smoke. If someone closed lower floors’ door, the entire room was shaking. The hotel needs complete update. A disappointment at Extended Stay America - Beach I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The carpet was dirty, and the bathroom had such a bad smell I didn't even want to take a shower. I had to cut my stay short and checked out as soon as I possibly could.

This hotel has declined rapidly in the past year. The front desk staff were decent, everything else, not so much. When I got to the first room I was given, the door was open already and when I stepped inside all I smelled was smoke. I went back to the front desk and was given another room. This room was better but I could tell it hadn't been cleaned properly so I just cleaned it myself. Had bed bugs in my room my girlfriend got bitten up pretty well . When asking the manager about the situation they were very very rude in denial that the room could possibly have bed bugs. Horrible customer service couldn’t get new towels just an overall bad experience for me

The luandry room was not clean. The floors were dirty. The sheets on my bed had stains on them. The tv only had 6 channels that worked.

Stay Away!!! Disgusting room bathroom had urine stains and hairs on toilet bowl What is worse is they had the arrogance to not allow us a refund!!!
