Dirty! Smells awful, we found an empty beer can under the radiator. Also, the advertised “breakfast” consists of prepackaged muffin and few granola bars... shady place

Room wasn’t ready until 3:45. Sat in lobby since 3:00. They apologized but that didn’t do anything to make it better. Overall hotel was a 2-3 stars. Not appealing or clean. Nothing was in the kitchen. No glass or silverware. You have to place an order with front desk for a package of eating and cooking supplies. Forget it. Any hotel has an ice bucket and a couple glasses. Not one glass. I will never be back.

Strong smell of cigarettes in my room, no toilet paper. Very outdated and almost scary. If my checkin wasn’t so late I would of asked for refund and found a new place.

It was raining and veding machine did not have water. Had to go out to get water since hotel does not have any water. There was TV remote missing and had to go in long queueue with reception just to get remote. And started not feeling comfortable in room and left in few first hours.

I’ve stayed at extended stays in other cities..the guy that helped me was excellent..but he was the ONLY staff person in the whole building..the breakfast was a grab and go breakfast..I was expecting a area where there was a variety of dishes..this was the absolute worst extended stay I’ve EVER been at..there was a terrible odor on the floor I was staying on..the WiFi did NOT work

Poorly managed, First was no one there to check in, note with phone number"call for assistance". About ten minutes later someone comes from back room on personal phone call. The room was not very clean at all and had a $10 bed frame. The hallways were somewhat tidy but definitely not the stairwells. In the morning they had two granola bars and two muffins i guess was the "breakfast". And staff was on personal phone the 3 times i was in the lobby to get coffee, as there was no coffee pot in room.
