Like roaches in your room? Stay here. I was there with my teenager, in town for a college tour and family visit. We were booked for 2 nights. The first night was ok but there were some definite cleanliness issues, namely sticky floors in the elevator and our room. However, the 2nd night, we discovered roaches and ants in our room. Nobody at front desk, ever. Not kidding. No help getting a sparking iron replaced. Room door doesn’t lock/close. The free breakfast is a 10 year old granola bar. Yep this place is a real gem. Advice…. Sleep in your car.

Worst hotel I,ve ever stayed in. The worst stay I ever had a a hotel. Room above us was noisy, heard noise all night. They or he walked like a elephant. Dropped things on floor. Very noisy. I got no sleep all night long and wife got very little. Toilet seat was ready to fall off, made out off very cheap plastic. Shower head leaked all over place til I tightened it up. The place was disgusting. I would not recommend it to anyone! It smelled bad especially in the hallways. The rooms didn't smell much better. The wooden furniture in the room was chipping. They wanted to charge us $10 for services that used to be included and should have been for the amount that we paid for staying in this dive. If I wasn't already aware that everything else was sold out I would have left. I would highly recommend that Expedia removes this hotel from their list.

Upon arriving at the hotel July 13 around midnight, my mother and I waited to check in only to be told there were no more rooms available and the employees at the desk started to laugh at the situation. Christina Jackson and her co-worker were both unprofessional while handling the situation.
