Best customer service The lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name) was so awesome and accommodating to the fact that my boyfriend and I had our cat with us. And she worked with us to let us stay a little longer to make sure we could get everything out, including the cat. This place is so amazing, I wish we could live here forever.

The elevator needs some help and there is no onsite ice maker but the rooms are clean and no weird smells, the staff was friendly. The parking lot was big and safe and the area around the property was nice with lots of businesses you may need.
Even though there were many ni smoking signs posted, the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke.
