Horrible room, horrible service and dirty. The floors were dirty and sticky. Crumbs all over the floor. Stains on the sheets and dirty shower. The room smelled like maple syrup and we had to sleep with the windows open and the bathroom fan on. The toliet did not work and no one was there to help with that. Was supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out 1 day early. We cut our whole trip short due to this inconvenience. Will never stay here again. Also, when we got there NO one was at the counter. Didn't love the room in general. As soon as I entered, there was a strong old smell and the door was quite scratched showing damage from prior guests which also made it hard to open the door. We only spent one night and upon waking, we saw a bedbug on the blanket - I've never been more shocked. The office chairs in the room were also extremely dirty and the floor also had stains in the corners.

The original location I reserved had overbooked and couldn't accommodate me. So I had to pay twice as much for a nearby property where apparently smoking is allowed. Furnishings were bare bones and had cigarette burns and stains, and the room(s) above me were noisy all night long.

Avoid… Try somewhere else! Good location, but the condition and cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. My expectations were low based on the price, but this place didn’t come close to meeting basic standards. The lobby had cracked tiles on the floor and the carpet in the hallways were stained. The room was basic (which is fine), but the bathroom was not cleaned and had tape holding the toilet seat together (Nevermind the hair that was stuck in it) and at 2am someone was trying to get into my room. Not what I expected. Suite had a kitchen with no supplies. Everything is available for a price, even a blow dryer. The breakfast was a cup of coffee and a granola bar. Lots of repairs needed throughout the building. Not your typical hotel room.

Not as updated as other Extended Stay locations I’ve stayed at for the same price. The breakfast was 1 trail mix, 1 muffin and no fruit or other options like cereal or toast. Overall just not worth the price at all.
