Never again So I checked in and was promptly told I couldnt park in the handicapped spot I was in because he assumed I didnt have one (I do). Making assumptions like that is pretty rude. Being 2024, I have NEVER stayed in a room that didnt have a coffee pot..well I did here. Everythi g is painted a dark beige so it was gloomy everywhere. There was NEVER anyone at the desk. Considering this was an extened stay hotel, it had no comfort at all. Glad I was there only 1 night.

The room was outdated and sub standard. This hotel needs an overhaul!!!

Reasonable - Unclean, Smelly room & no maintaince Rooms were really bad state. Carpet was sticky. We got a room where bed had a socks. Really bad hote to stay

I reserved a room with a Queen bed and sofa bed. The room was quite dirty, the sofa bed was horrendous and some of the chairs in the room were despicable. After thoroughly reviewing the room I went to the front desk and requested to speak with the manager. The manager came to my room with a representive from housekeeping-Rachel. Rachel was extremely disrespectful. Surprised to find hotel facilities and room as dirty as these. Noisy at all times, won't stay here ever again.

The property we stayed at we had picked based off of ratings and pictures due to never being to the state before. The pictures showed a clean well-maintained hotel, and had a four star rating, but it did not deserve for stars. The room we stayed in, smelled absolutely horrible and had dirty sheets when we got there. When going back and reviewing the photos, it was found that the pictures were from three of their hotels in the same area, And sadly with the same exact name when looking it up.
