Area was very run down. They booked me a room, but waited until I arrived to tell me that they are overbooked with no available room for me

signed in the room was broken , couldn’t sleep on it . They do not clean the room at all , if you want it clean you need to pay for it . I asked for an extra pillow , and they said there are no extra pillow. The room had a terrible smell

Very unkempt with food on the walls, stained carpets and an overall low cleanliness feel to it.

All the furniture in the room was broken. Toilet and stove was so dirty. Don’t book this hotel. Staff is very rude and never tries to help for any issues.

Terrible Musty Smell The room had a horrible musty smell that made all of our luggage and clothes smell like it. We bought and sprayed Febreeze just to be able to sleep. We also had a leaky air conditioner unit that made the carpeting wet, which we reported to the staff, who gave us a towel to put on the floor near it. Guests were hanging out in the parking lot in the late evening, which made us uncomfortable. Not staying there again.

This was nothing like other extended stays I have been to, the property is a bit beat, the room was supposed to have a sofabed, the one it had was broken and missing a mattress, mo cleaning went through, was supposed to have breakfast included but we never used it as it wasn’t clearly located or designated so we never bothered with it.
