The hotel is out of date back in 70s, cleanliness of kitchen, cabinets were not clean, microwave was filthy, water spicket handle was glued or something, tough to lift up. Filthy carpet. Plug Ins didnt work, no USB ports available. Pot holes in black top, landscaping rocks scattered in parking lot. Over all nasty. Only good thing was your nice staff.

Room smells of dog piss the white rags and towels given in room weren’t even white anymore almost brown in color stains all over carpet and walls had tiny holes in them

The room smelled TERRIBLE. “Complimentary breakfast” was a granola bar and oatmeal packets. Beds were extremely noisy, our feet literally stuck to the floors. Couldn’t check out soon enough. Seems like this is a homeless/immigrant shelter not a hotel with paying guests.

The tv has few channels, AC went on and off, room smelled cigarette and wasn't clean properly towel was to tiny in the toiletries not enough plus the "breakfast" was so poor just coffee instant oatmeal bag, cereal bar ,muffins I'm ashamed.

First off the front desk staff I did not get their name unfortunately but the male (blonde )and female (blonde) were remarkably kind and helpful. I truly wish they can take their hard work to a better established place. They are unfortunately misplaced. The hotel on the other hand, was not clean at all. Linen were dirty.
