It's the little things that count Check-in not good; had to wait for our room. It was not ready until after 4 o'clock alrhough check-in started at 3. Not enough towels for the 3 in our party. Had to go to front desk multiple times to request: more towels, bedding for the sofa pull-out, kitchen wares (kitchen was totally bare), a coffee pot (none in room), and more wash cloths for our 2nd day there. The location was good. I did not get the room i paid for room was not cleaned smoke dector was hanging off the wall

Expedia over booked the hotel, there was no room available, had to sleep in vehicle along road for the night as no rooms were available in the area. Then the hotel tried to charge credit card the next morning. Will never use Expedia again.

Dishonest and shady - DON'T BOOK AT EXTENDED STAY! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Showed up with son and cat, after driving NY - OH, to be told they were overbooked and had no rooms! (Long story, but important for other customers to know) They blamed Hotels.com, said they constantly overbook. Was given a "walk form", stating I could go to any hotel and costs would be covered (form didn't have my name, booking info, or a manager's signature) Spent 2 hours driving/ calling, as most places were booked solid. When my family arrived to check in about 2 pm was told no check in before 3. So we explained to them we had an event to attend and could not be back until about 8 pm. When my family arrived at about 8 pm was told they were overbooked and we did not have a room. They said rooms were first come basis and our room was pre-paid.

We arrived at the “3 star” hotel that was in horrible disrepair and then on check they told us Expedia had over booked so they had no rooms.

Un happy with booking process I went to go book this room and in the middle of my booking when I went to go and to let the credit card payment it tells me that sometimes with as many people looking for hotels that in the middle of my process that I possibly had lost the room to another person who wanted it so I booked a room across the road through a different site now I'm being charged for the room that said I was unable to get due to it being sold out. My reservation just apperared putta nowhere
