This is a hotel no questions. They mask it as an overnight stay so the owners can keep the illusion of an extended stay. There are no phones in the room so you can call when the morons above you are jumping around till midnight. They also do not provide an ice maker because it is an extended stay facility and there are 2 tiny ice tray in the room. Towels are only given once a week when housekeeping comes in. Expedia gave me room that wasn’t available. The hotel never called and switched me to another hotel that had no idea what was going on and then charged me for not showing when they never had a room.

It was near to where we wanted to be. We were there for a funeral. Very noisy. People in the hallway until 4am. Some kids jumping on the floor above us.

Garbage hotel Although I booked through hotels.com they would not honor the reservation because they said they were overbooked. Yet, they still charged me for the room. Now I am fighting with both the hotel and hotels.com to get my money back. I do not recommend either the hotel nor hotels.com because both seem to be insanely incompetent

It's the little things that count Check-in not good; had to wait for our room. It was not ready until after 4 o'clock alrhough check-in started at 3. Not enough towels for the 3 in our party. Had to go to front desk multiple times to request: more towels, bedding for the sofa pull-out, kitchen wares (kitchen was totally bare), a coffee pot (none in room), and more wash cloths for our 2nd day there. Expedia over booked the hotel, there was no room available, had to sleep in vehicle along road for the night as no rooms were available in the area. Then the hotel tried to charge credit card the next morning. Will never use Expedia again.
