Nightmare Experience This was a horrible experience. I booked this hotel myself for my family from Los Angeles after their first hotel was supposedly not confirmed. I received confirmation that everything had gone through for this hotel. My family only needed to stay at this hotel for several hours because their flight was to depart CLE Airport at 5AM. Hotel needs cleaning Extended Stay is a favorite brand. Housekeeping at this hotel subpar. Lobby and hallways dirty and smell musty/bad. Need to clean floors/carpets to remove dirt and odor.

HOT & CIGARETTE SMOKE Building temperature was BLAZING HOT..... BUILDING SMELLED LIKE SMOKE..... NOT A SMOKER..... NONSTOP CIGARETTE SMOKE

Nice hotel for the price but the mattress is terri I thought the room was nice and spacious. The bed is terrible though. I will not stay again the mattress killed both mine and my gfs back. We tossed and turned the whole night. Next night we stayed at a better hotel problem solved.

The hotel room was disgusting and they Nickle and dime you every chance they get (like with the ridiculous laundry prices or making you ask for common things like forks or detergent). It's absolutely crazy.
