We were given a key to a room that already had people in it and we barged in on them when they were sleeping. I felt really bad and uncomfortable about it. Room was spacious. Towels were stained and dirty. Garbage in hallways and there were empty cans in the lights in the elevators. Breakfast was a joke, packaged muffins and granola bars, and coffee that wasn’t good. Staff was friendly but I probably would pick another hotel to stay at the next time we are in the area.

I like that it came w a kitchenette and separate sleeping area , however the blood stains and smells of smoke and god knows what are unacceptable

Property was easy to find. Our room was not swept and bathroom trash can was full. Kitchen trash can had egg shells in it.

Meh, poor CS Double charged us. We checked in at 11:30pm, told me it was for a late cancel then proceeded to re-book the room at a higher rate. None of this was mentioned when I checked in. Beds were awful, as hard as the floor.
Spacious room but there was garage overflowing in the hallway, only gave us 3 towels for 5 people, no blow dryer, poor breakfast, no sheets or blanket for pull out couch.
