Don’t stay here! The beds are awful. It’s been remodeled looks good. Pillows were not soft and when my husband called the desk to get more and went down there she stated how she wasn’t supposed to give him anything because he wasn’t a registered guest. The room was in my name. Will never stay at one again!

i only liked the comfort of the room. the front desk staff during the day was horrible. she had an attitude and was not nice about anything she had to say to me. i made a reservation the night before i was going to stay again and she knocked on my door telling me i had to get out because they couldnt extend my reservation because they were negative in rooms. so i will not be back to stay there nor will i ever recommend that place to anyone.

No “continental breakfast”. Bathroom sink had a yellow residue. Has a “kitchenette” but you have to check out each “amenity” such as plate, fork pot etc. from front desk.

Very sad stay. Very bad conditions, bed not comfy, heater was out of order, no one know until I found out 2 days later, I was very cold, the bed so uncomfortable, the blankets was so thin, I needed to have 3 blankets in ordered to keep me warmer at night, I can not sleep because the fan was very loud. Location not good because there isn’t anything near, you need to have a car in order to buy or do something.

The staff was nice but the room had a funky smell and was dirty. The TV channels weren't that great either.

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed at. Arrived - wet towels on the lobby floor to absorb snow dirt coming in - looked terrible. First Room - Not clean, actually a disaster. I went back to the lobby and the front desk lady made a scene about it not being clean.... like don't freak out. Just give me another room. Second Room - hair in the tub and found some hair in my bed. At this point I was over it. I gave up. Bed and Pillows, most uncomfortable things I've ever slept on. Horrible Experience My experience was horrible! The shower wall had a clump of hair on it & the shower was freezing. The morning after I checked in, I pulled the covers back to make sure I had not left anything in the bed and saw food in the bed on the opposite side of where I had sleep. I wish I had taken pictures.
