Scheming Front Desk Told one of my guy's ( a latino) they would not give his cash deposit back until he cleaned the room himself because the cleaning staff didn't "have time" Pathetic!
Bed very small for a queen size. TV channels didn't even have local channels to enable us watch saturday night live. One elevator wasn't working and we had to walk longer distance to get the other working elevator. it was advertised that it comes with free breakfast. That was not a breakfast. They has coffee machine and tea bags and snack bars. This is the worse service provider of all the Hotels I have booked through you guys. Not staying there again. I need reimbursed or compensated. Wifi wasn't working well. It was weak.
Nice Location The room Is not cleaned, asked the staff and complained about it and they have taken care. Staff is responsive and the hotel isn Good location. Not sure to recommend to anyone.
About what you'd expect for $100. Bring your own food to cook - No breakfast served. Poor internet.
Ghetto but not ghetto New on the outside, noisy and worn out inside. A suite, but have to ask for everything - Yes, not even coffee pot in the room. Grab-n-go breakfast is more go than grab. For the same price other hotels give a better deal.

I've slept better in Las Vegas hotels I booked this room for one night because I had an appointment nearby that evening & the next morning. I thought it would be more convenient than driving the 20 mins from Baltimore. I wish I had just made the extra drive. The staff (upon check in) was perfectly nice & friendly. I checked in quickly but had to go back out so I didn't see the room until hours later when I returned. The hotel hs a foul smell and my AC was not working correctly.
Not Great.... It is an 'extended stay' hotel that does not have any dishes that can be used in the rooms. I am fine with out having daily cleaning service - but it would be nice to have dishes to use in the provided kitchen. No even a coffee pot. Breakfast was pre-packaged muffins and granola bars - quite sub-par....
