The bathtub was not cleaned and had dirt in it. There was soap scum all over the bathroom. Unfortunately we were too tired to look at it when we checked in and only found about this in the morning. Will never ever stay at this Extended Stay again. Equally bad was the fact that I booked the hotel room on the promise that breakfast is served only to be told (after check-in) that there would not be any breakfast as there was some shortage.

Think Twice My family and I stayed here Thanksgiving night. I had a lot of difficulty getting through to the hotel to request a late check-in, but the front desk person was quite nice once we got through (it took 4 phone calls for that to happen, though). Overpriced needed maintenance. First, the microwave didn't work. When I brought it to the attention of the from desk, they said they knew. Why would you have a room that supposedly has efficiency features and not have this addressed. The heater coil needed to be cleaned or maintained. They said that was a problem throughout the hotel. Breakfast was lame, and there was no hot water for tea or hot chocolate. Would not book here again.

Was bed to sleep in and a roof overhead

Skechy This hotel obviously hasn't been renovated from the days when it was a smoking hotel. Sketchy people roaming the hallways and hanging out near the front door in the middle of the night. Bolt on door didn't align with the door jam, so it was useless. Clientele apparently steal things from the room, because despite being a long-stay hotel, you have to request a coffee maker, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery, and everything else for the kitchen from the front desk. Besides being filthy. Our room was situated between a group of rowdy young men, who hung out in the hallway, smoking pot and slamming doors and yelling until about 3am. We placed a towel under the door and opened the windows, the smell was so strong. Not to mention frightening, as there is no staffing at night. Horrendous experience!

The pillows are way to flat an the too of the shower wall was filthy. The free breakfast only consist of coffee an muffins an granola bars. The sofa bed doesn't cone with sheets or pillows or blanket.

Not impressed On arrival outside looks good. But the inside of the room was disappointing. I felt like I was in a motel instead of a hotel. For the area I think they need to upgrade the rooms. We had to go to the front desk to get the dishes. This seemed ghetto to me. Its an extended stay and I think guests should feel like they are in their home away from home. THe dishes should be in cabinets not at the front desk.
