The staff wasn't very helpful responding to any queries. The room was very dirty, bathroom wasn't clean, none of the lights were working. Extremely disappointing experience.

Big hotel room was nice. But otherwise not good experience. Old furniture. Couch had stains. TV remote didn’t work. Bathroom outdated and too small. No bureau for clothes. Awful breakfast. The muffins were way too small and no other options offered. Compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at this is unfortunately among the worst. Checkout was terrible. No service for 20mins. I just ended up leaving and hoping my checkout would process smoothly. Sorry but def won’t be back. Much improvement needed.

Hotel Dirty shower and did not clean our room for 4 days. Bfast was hardly anything

The room I had was poorly kept. The bathtub had a large rust stain, there was visible mold on the walls in the bathroom, the bed had a dip in it like it was an old mattress. The bathroom was poorly lit and the room overall was duty not very clean. I would not reccommend this property to anyone. The front desk staff was very nice, but the room was unsatisfactory.

The condition of the room The place is tiered and needs a complete redo. I had to stay somewhere because my air conditioner wasn’t working and it was a heat advisory day, over 100 degrees.
