I had to cancel my reservation right after I checked in because my lady noticed a bed bug soon as we got in the room. The carpets from the elevator through the hallways and to the room smell horrible. The managers were adequate with my concerns but it was after showing them the recording of the bugs.

It's oudated rooms. The money is not worth the price.I reserved two rooms, the first room the receptionist gave us the room was dirty the bed was not kept. The hallways smells like Marijuana. It looks like they use this to house some homeless people. I won't ever recommend this place.

Bedsheets were not changed. Room stank and pillows were all filthy. Bathroom had mold in it. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Bad but not terrible First room I was given wasn’t clean yet and when the manager gave me a new one he never return with a new key. I just decided to leave the same night.

The people that work here are very nice however the room was disgusting, the kitchen was basically falling apart. The burners on the stove had not been cleaned and there was blood all over the TV stand. Then you get over to the beds and there were bed bugs. Thank God we did not unpack and I searched the whole room before we actually stayed there.

Unhealthy Hotel Stay I viewed 6 rooms before settling on Room 350 that was manageable. Even at that I had to place towel over a large stain in the tub. Starting with the dirty carpet in the lobby that appeared not vacuumed. All the rooms that I looked at were unsanitary. Each and every one of them had stain in the tub. One of them even had a roach on the wall. Some of the towels had stains. One of them even had human hair in it. In a nutshell, these rooms could be regarded as health hazard.
