Our comforter was dirty, the shower was not cleaned & the room had roaches.

after driving for over 10 hours and finally checking in around 10pm it took three tries to even get a decent room, first room was extremely dirty, trash everywhere. second room smelled of dog and dog pee so bad we couldn’t even walk into the room. third room was clean up when we pulled out the sofa bed to our surprise to find a knife. whole hotel was loud and smelled not to great.

We have stayed at this property several times in the past year and found it a good value. Our most recent stay, in late December 2023, was a shockingly different experience. The bathroom was dirty - not cleaned before we arrived. The sink was stopped, the toilet was stopped, I corrected these problems myself, because there was only one staff person on premises and, though kindly, she had no ability to remedy.
