Costumer service terrible wait almost a hour at front desk to b served had to call and was hung up on

It was honestly disgusting. There were stains in the bath tub and fridge. They also had duck tape holding some of the furniture together.

Two things irritated us about our stay. First, the kitchen counter was very small and difficult to use because the refrigerator stuck out too far from the counter. Second, there were no lights in the living room area. From the pictures, an end table and lamp were missing. I asked to get a light, but never did although we were in the room for 8 days. We looked at other rooms, but they did not have dressers for clothing.

Unable to stay at facility as concierge explained no clean rooms were available.

The room looked like the picture, but with a twist. Let me start by saying the woman working from desk was very polite and helpful. I have zero complaints on her service! As far as the room, it needs to be redone. The couch was ripped up and had stuffing falling out. The kitchen drawers were filthy. There was a strange odor in the room like musty and old. there was roaches and smelled like cat pee and the room was dirty

The rooms are very dated. It looks new from the outside but rooms are from the 80's and they are not clean.

The front desk clerk was unable to check us in and after 40 minutes of her trying we left. There was another guest sitting in the lobby waiting as well who said she waited 90 minutes and was finally checked in but her key didn’t open the room. It was after midnight when we left and there were children running around in the hall and the clerk answered two phone calls with noise complaints while trying to check us in. Would NOT stay here.
