Here's a plunger, go fix it! Place was very unkept. Toilet was clogged, so I went to the front desk to report it and request maintenance. I was given a plunger and said to try this.

The property was disgusting. I don't believe that the property staff does any sort of walk throughs of the property at all, inside or out. Dirty linens and towels on the floor outside of the entryways to the rooms. Exterior doors propped open with water bottles/door chocks (unsecure). First room had gnats and smelled like spaghetti. Dirty smelly hotel We arrived pretty late about 1:30am. Upon checking in we proceeded to our room. The smell through the hallway was a mix of snake and mildew. We entered our room to see balls of hair on the floor, cracks in the walls and cabinet's, a filthy tub, no handle on the bathroom door, cigarette burns in the reclining chair. Terrible Room First the desk Clerk could not scan my License. When I said just put it in manually she refused only to try for 30 minutes then manually put in system. Tub was beat up and missing drain top. Sticky stains on tables. Rm 326

This was awful. We want a full refund. There were bed bugs in two rooms. Blood stains and holes on the wall. Sperm stains on the sheets and a picture frame. Our group saw a man with his windows wide open and curtains open, touching himself. The rooms were filthy. We want refund asap!!!!
