My family and I had a nice stay. Everything was clean. Staff was polite and helpful.
Lack of communication - fire alarm at 6am and no staff present to communicate issue.

Wasn’t anybody to help for the checking out. Cart to transport our luggage were locked up somewhere and nobody can help us. We have to carry our luggage by ourselves from the four floor
