design professional The people who work here were friendly. The issue was the consition of this Hotel. The exterior was disgustingly dirty - A good power wash would have done the trick to this humble hotel. It was so poorly kept on the exterior that all you needed to do was add "needles" to give the ambience of the back streets of America's worst neighborhoods. I probably would have been more tolerant of a mom and pop facility, but this is a national chain.

First room I got was dirty second room had roaches crawling all in it I didnt even stay I wasted my money because I paid for a room I didn't stay in

Worse stay ever!!!!! I felt unsafe. There were people sitting on the steps The cement on the balcony was filthy dirty. The furniture was old and scratched up. The molding was missing around the wall by the kitchen sink. The door on the frig was discolored. Cigarette burns on everything. Some of the people acted drugged or drunk. I will never stay at a extended stay America again. It was terrible.

Highly questionable I wish I could get my money back. It shiuld have been a clue, upon check in when a guest ran in and asked a plunger b/c her toilet did not work. Pro: Staff is nice. CONS: 1. Used condom on the staircase 2. Bathroom and room had hair from previous guests. 3. Commode did not work. Asked front desk twice for plunger. 3(a). Maintenance came. Sent snake down toilet. Not safe for women traveling alone My 17 year old daughter were in town for a college tour. This is not a safe place for a mother and young daughter traveling alone. We did not feel safe and left. The girl at front desk was very nice and helpful.
