Very disappointed. Nothing like advertised. False advertising.

Room was not clean

The room was in dire need of refurbishing and some pest control.

Roaches….EVERYWHERE Don’t stay here. My wife and I got a room. First room smelt like weed and had holes in the door and a big gap at the bottom of the door. Got transferred to another room I appeared fine when we got there. Left to attend a concert and upon coming back turning the lights on ROACHES SCATTERED EVERYWHERE. Big ones baby ones but by that time it was to late for a refund. Long story short don’t rush to pick a hotel room because this ain’t it. Negative 5 stars for sure

Sewer waste The rooms smelled of a sewer, cats outside all over the place. It was disgusting! We didn’t stay instead drove 5 hours back home.

The outside of the building and surrounding area were unkept and dirty looking. As for the room, the linens on the bed did not seem to be clean and weren't fresh. No blanket was available in the room, so that we were cold the whole night because there was only a very thin bedspread and sheet on the bed. No blanket was available in the dresser or closet. We were so uncomfortable in this room, that we couldn't wait to get away the next morning even though we got very little rest. The location of the facility itself was not in ... read more

Horrible night The hotel was very nasty and dirty! Horrible night stay. The towels was dirty and had hair on them! Carpets was very nasty! I will never stay at another extended stay america!

Never again It was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life. it was disgusting I was killing roaches all night long I couldn’t even sleep because there were roaches crawling on the walls.
