Very Disappointrd I have stayed at this brand hotel before. They normally have full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, bowls, plates. So quite surprised when there was nothing already in the room. I purposely brought food to cook. Front desk gave me a pot, pan and some plates, cups and silverware. My room was on the 3rd floor, and no elevators. Next there was no hair dryer, so another trip to front desk. My key didnt work, back to the front desk. Mix up. Big problem. This site says the check-in is available to midnight. Arrived at 11:14 to find office closed. Per hours listed at door. Closed at 11:00. Had to go hunting for a room. Got one for the no reservation price. Also, place was hard to find. No sign at the road. Long driveway. Just a Extended Stay logo. But who know what that is ? Otherwise might have made the time anyway.

The room's door was broken, dirty, and smelly. The Infrastructure is old. However, the gentleman at the reception was nice and acomodating.

Worst hotel experience ever There was no stay. There was not anyone at any reception area, so I was forced to find another hotel to stay in because I COULD NOT CHECK-IN!!! Hotel is 0 out of 10. Refund requested for the booking. I have booked dozens and dozens of bookings without problem over nearly 10 years and this is unacceptable beyond words!!!

Absolutely terrible place!!! This place was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life. It’s one step above a crack apartment.
