I had pre-paid for seven days at extended-stay. When I tried to check in the woman said that I wasn’t even supposed to be there. Later she stated that there was a mixup and somehow a duplicate reservation was made. She tried to tell me that I had already checked in when I know I did not. What really happened was the woman at the front desk checked in the wrong person and then I could not get my check in.I couldn’t be checked in properly and I couldn’t use the Internet The entire time that I was there. Horrible Don’t stay I asked for a dish set 3 times and no one ever got me one, there was roaches in the room, the ac/ heat system did not work very good. The lady that checked me in was very rude and quick and in rush with me checking in. I will not be staying at this location ever again.

Bedbugs! Property needs attention! Bedbugs in the room that I stayed in! I’m glad I didn’t get too comfortable. Refunded for one night but let’s be honest, it should be more! BEDBUGS ARE NO JOKE AND I HAD PROOF OF THEM!

I didn’t like anything. This property is more of a motel than a hotel. They gave us a room with someone in it already and had to rebook us. There were crackheads in the hallways, bathroom didn’t work, the stove and refrigerator were old and only one lamp worked. Ceiling over bathtub leaked and there were roach traps in the room. The grab and go “breakfast” was cheap coffee and granola bars.

Beware of this location Never again! Hard to find. Things in room not working. Uncomfortable bed. People argueing and yelling late in the night in hallways. No stopper in tub for a bath. Continwntal breakfast was a joke!!!
