HORRIBLE It was terrible !! Was not notified that we had to check in by 11 pm and only found out because the front office was locked ! I was not able to get a room key therefore I wasn’t able to enjoy the one night stay that I PAID FOR. Will never do business with this hotel again.

Just when i arrived I noticed i made a mistake booking my room there. When i went inside the room it smells so much like cigarettes and mold I can’t even describe that. Sheets had stain on them, cockroaches are all around the room. I just don’t understand how they pass any inspection on these kind of conditions. Terrible feeling and disappointed NEVER AGAIN.

Don’t waste your money First two sets of room keys did not work. So they gave me a different room all this at 10 pm after traveling 9 hrs. Fan in kitchen did not work nor did the ac or half the lights! Needless to say I will never ever stay at a Extended Stay again! This was terrible even for a cheap room!

They DO NOT have human compassion! My family were staying here. We were looking for a place to live. We were staying here for 8 months before this pandemic. Paying this place $1200 almost a month because they refused to work with us. Wasn’t till December where they finally put us on a monthly rate at $46 a night. There is no communication between any of the workers. We unfortunately were laid off just like everyone in America and had to be forced onto the streets. Like we had a choice. Trash was discovered all under the bed. There was a puddle of water coming out from underneath the fridge. The door latch was broken as if somebody kicked it in. Room was dirty and I got bitten by bed bugs.
