It is in a dark location without much lighting. Also i was on the 1st floor and my door had no bottom seal so it was always cold at night with leaves blowing into my room from underneath the door

This place is disgusting and uncomfortable as heck. The beds are as hard as a rock. Found a couple living bugs after I woke up. I hate to think that they may have crawled on me when I was sleeping. This place needs a major upgrade soon!

Nasty, bug infested The room was absolutely disgusting. Dried toothpaste in the sink and shower and hair all in it. Ohh let me not forget the roaches!

Called and spoke with front desk staff to check-in early and arrived and lady told me she never spoke to me and didn't have a reservation at all. Later, she told me she had the reservation and put me in a room without a working TV. I asked why she wouldn't tell me that the tv didn't work and she said that was the room left. They sprayed for bugs during my stay in the room also.

The room was disgusting. It was nasty and smelled horrible. Th beds looked like someone just got out of them.

Get what you pay for? Dirty, room had an awful funk. Crusty dirty all over the carpets, hair in the shower, stains on the toilet seat. I didn’t even stay the night, I looked at the room and checked out. It was bad, busted walls as I entered. The door was open to my room when I got there. Cops rolled up and were asking questions, employees were through gun big trash off the balcony and making loud, disturbing noises. I went over to the Staybridge after leaving here. Don’t go cheap.

When arrived after a long day of travel from the west coast the person in charge could not check us in and told to come back after 1;30AM-2:00AM to see if could check us in after reports were ran for the day we were to arrive. We returned a little after 2AM there was someone a head of us, when it was our turn to check in (we had booked 2 rooms) there was only 1 room available.
