This was horrible service here, we were on 3rd floor & had to go get our own linens & then had to put them in laundry ourselves. We didn’t even have anyone offer anything at all the entire week we stayed & it def was not the cleanest place I have ever stayed.

Never stay here Stayed one night to watch a football game, seriously scary. I could see under my door, hear everything the crack heads next door we’re doing at 4,5 and 6 am still. Had no clue where to check in, it’s not marked. Listened to cop sirens and the train between yelling from the partiers next door. The room although looked clean from afar.. sticky and smuggy on every surface. It’s location was not desirable either. Unless you’re a man staying for work or a bunch a guys getting hammered. I would not stay here

Bugs galore and very unclean Room was infested with bugs. They were in the shower, open a cabinet and they were running around in there, on the walls, celeings, floor, and bed. Room had trash on the floor and dead bugs. Recliner had not been cleaned and had white spots all over. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere. After 11 the office shuts down and could not complain.

It was terrible. I stayed 4 days and never cleaned the room the was dirty roaches. Broken things in the room

Room was very out of date, fridge had a lot of rust and did not look clean enough to hold food. Bathroom was very small. Entry door had a 1 inch opening o. The bottom that I had to stuff a towel against to keep the insects out. Hotel seems to have a major insect issue. Spiders were everywhere.

No pool. Room was small and not cleaned. No dishes in room. TV was small. No smoking room but smelled smoke and lighter was found under the bed. Sheets made me break out and itch. Breakfast bar was limited. Waffle house across the road was the best part cause the employees were funny. Enjoyed the food and company.

There were a problem when i arrived. They could not find her reservation. The desk clerk gave me a room that was occupied. On another occasion they gave my room to another guest while i was in still occupying. I was offered a discount and it did not happen. Let's not forget the flying roach. I will not stay here again.

Not clean The room did not appear clean and had large stains on the carpet. I did not want to sleep on the bed for fear it wasn't clean also. I slept in my clothes on top of the bed.
