I didn’t like anything. It was very unprofessional, when we got there the room they gave us was filthy and the beds were not made, it looks as if some one was still staying in the room. Then they couldn’t clean it, and couldn’t give us another room with double beds so then we had to downgrade. The room they gave us next smelled like smoke and funk. It was bugs everywhere. There were roaches everywhere. There were no cups or dishes to use in the room. The carpets were filthy

Got charged for a room i never got to step foot in
No Bed This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Didn’t look like room was even cleaned between visitors. There was open take out food in drawers in kitchen. Hair on pillows and bed and some towels did not appear clean. Could say much more but would not recommend.

Insatisfied Roaches found in the room. Room was dirty upon check in and our card was overcharged. We are still waiting on a refund.

Not Safe Harsham was great but the first night me staying there my rental car gotten broken into. Policeman said that that area was not safe at all and to stay on harbison or in Lexington
