Toilet didnt flush. Had to take top off the tank and push on it for tank to refill in order to flush it. No pillows for pull out sofa bed. No trashcans in room not even in bathroom. Hallways smelled like weed like no other! Breakfasy was a tiny stale muffin.

Horrible hotel First room we were given the toilet broke, the bath had about 3” of water in it when we walked into our room. Loud music in the hallways. Smelled awful. They moved us after we mentioned is but the next room looked unclean as well. Had it not been the only hotel with an availability we would have left.

There was an extremely nice woman at checkin and checkout that was kind and courteous. Room had several non-working lights and plugs which made it very dark at nighttime. Also, the pillows were very thin and small and we requested extra pillows but they did not have extras due to their hotel being almost "fully booked".

Trash was left in the kitchen trash can, and when the door was opened you were hit with the stench. Also, I am not sure how often the bathroom floor was washed, because when I went to wipe up a spill, and the tissue was black. Finally, the air conditioner could not change to the set temperature.

Stay Away you deserve better this place is not clean, found old cigarette butts next to the window, sink and tub where stopped up, tried to use the ironing board and it was broken, they rationed out the utensils and cookware by the piece.I would not recommend staying here.

stuff in room did not work, lots of repairs needed done, cracks and small holes in bathtub, tv had one channel. They only put one pillow on your bed. no ice, no little cups. No information pamphlets in room. This place needs some serious work done.

The room was nasty and smelled of cigarettes even though we had a non-smoking room. The beds were very uncomfortable and we waited hours for extra pillows after having to ask for them twice, and still never got them.

The pull-out bed had used sheets, the floors and cabinets were filthy, smelled like urine. Literally did not shower b/c of how dirty the place was and b/c 1 towel was provided (for 5 people). One of the worst hotels I've ever been in.

Nice staff- everything else was terrible! Had a room right next door to a woman with MULTIPLE DOGS! The scent of dog poop and bleach filled my room and the dogs were yelping and screaming for Hours on end! I ended up crying in the lobby because I was so scared and frustrated with what was happening. I ended up going to Walmart and buy dog food and treats for the hotel worker to give to the person next door to try to get the dogs to stop yelping- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I am trying to get in contact with hotel for a refund!
