I didn't trust the other bad reviews and should of I am definitely not one to ever leave a bad review, but this wasn't a good experience at all. The tub didn't drain, room smelled very musty, the only thing they had for breakfast was coffee and a granola bar (literally nothing else there), it took about 15 minutes just to check out because there was no one at the front desk. This was a horrible experience. I spent almost $300 on this room. The toilet didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, there was blood on the drapes, no mesh behind the drapes to open but not see from outside, there were stains and stuff all over the carpet, as an extended stay, they should’ve had dishes and stuff and there was nothing in the cabinets. This building needs a serious makeover to qualify for any future expenses for me especially having paid $300 for a room that feels like I was at a cheap motel and should’ve paid 80.

Upon arrival, there was a sign at the front desk, saying that the attendant would be back momentarily. We waited for close to 15 minutes for someone to come. There is a phone in the lobby too if no one was at the desk. We attempted calling three times… The first two times we were hung up on and the last time, we were told it would be awhile. I ended up calling again because after traveling, I had to use the restroom and there is no public restroom in the lobby of this establishment. Good for 1 or 2 days stay at emergency We stayed here because we are having only option with small kitchen. For cleanliness I would rate zero as no one cares about daily cleaning plus you have to clean your room at your self and your trash you have to put in trash room. **Breakfast- you are going to get muffins and a breakfast bar or oats packet which they are putting in small chunks if that over you have to wait for staff to put it again. Rooms are comparatively small in size

Bathroom had black mold in corners, and it is obvious that they painted over it before. Vinyl floor VERY uneven in the hallways, and is a tripping hazard. NO actual breakfest available in the lobby. Just some oatmeal, tea, and coffee packets. Room was spacious, but arranged poorly. AC unit would blow directly accross the foot of the bed. Humiditiy in the room was a comstant problem. When we got into our room there was dust, dirt, or grime in every surface. Additionally the room had trash in it from the previous guest and no trash can was provided even after we requested it.

Staff was great. Room was terrible. The staff was amazing but the room was rough. We had to be moved because the safety latch had been ripped off the door. There was food in the couch when we pulled the bed out. The room itself did not appear to have been swept. The TV was tiny, in a weird spot, and was broken at the base so it barely turned or stood up. Shower curtain was barely tall enough to fit in the tub and so water went literally everywhere.
