What a rude place. This place was probably hosting the worst customer service I have ever seen. The front desk person was extremely rude, short and unhelpful. We arrived late (12:10 AM) only to be rudely greeted like I was interrupting his TV time or something. No directions given whatsoever. We park and find our room only to realize that there are zero sheets in the room for the fold out sofa ( we have 4 kids with us -2 small in our bed and 2 seven year olds on the sofa ) so I call the front desk to ask. Room was clean but there was no breakfast as shown on the website. Only coffee and oatmeal bars.

This property was terrible! The first room the toilet was broken so we got moved, the second room has no towels or soap shampoo/conditioner and when we went use the pullout sofa there was garbage stuffed in it. The front desk women was very nice and said she would document for the manager, the next day the manager. Asked for some sort of refund and the manager states it against the policy. I would never stay at one of these hotels again!

The front desk staff were the only positives of this stay. The hotel is a bit rundown.first room we had reeked of cigarette smoke. We were moved without trouble and room 2 did not smell. The breakfast … coffee and natures valley bars. Would but recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor choice It was ok. Not what I expected. No coffee in room. The front desk clerk was cordial but not friendly. I felt like I needed to apologize for being there. Breakfast was minimal at best. Just got coffee and left. Not appealing at all. Will not stay at this hotel chain again

The bed was crowed into a cornor. The bathroom was very small. The breakfast snacks were stale.

Room smelled of smoke, beds terrible. room loked 30 years with no updates. Not worth 400/night

Bathroom sink drain was broken and water ran onto the floor. We informed the front desk and were told it would be fixed. It was not fixed. On the last night we stayed there were ants crawling on the floor and friday morning they were in the bed.
