Never again! The shower felt slimey and was full of soap scum, water pressure is terrible, floors barely looked swept up or mopped, the cabinets and counters in the kitchen had gunk on them, the whole room smelled of body odor and cigarette smoke when we arrived.

We were told because of Covid there were no dishes in the rooms. The room was only “spot cleaned”. The soap at the sink was open. The hand towels were dingy and there were not enough of them. Clothing from the last people that stayed there was under the bed.

We had a blood stain on one of our pillow cases. Our down blanket was dirty. Our bathroom sink was completely clogged. They had no maintenance onsite so I had to unclog it myself and remove hair and gunk from the drain. No coffee maker in the room. Only one cup and one small trash can for a king suite. If the room had been under 100-maybe I wouldn’t leave a review but the whole floor smelled like old food-there we’re trash bags in the hallway and when we got to our room it smelled like smoke so bad we almost left but it was too late at night. The sheets were so stiff and scratchy and the carpet was old and filthy. My tennis shoes were sticking to the floor by the elevator.

The hotel was disgusting and dirty! I asked for a bottle of water didn’t even have that! There was hair in the bathroom and weird odor in the room.
