The staff doesn't care about customer service. No breakfast 2 out of the 3 days. No coffee one morning. Dirty. Rooms are small. Bed is to close to the air conditioner.

Staff was not helpful. Kept there butt in the chair behind the desk. Acted like we were bothering them. No ice machine to get ice. No linens for the pull out bed in the room.

Hard pass Would never stay again. We were not given the room we paid for. Key card was for the wrong room. One washcloth for 3 people. The room smelled musty. No ice machine. No vending. People out front smoking weed. There are multiple hotels in the same area, I’d suggest going to one of them instead.

I was disappointed with desk staff - no masks when columbus required it. the grab and go breakfast was awful - limited everything. the room was clean but the AC did not work properly - no hair dryer in room and limited everything.

Website said that there was a fully stocked kitchen, this was not the case. The room didn't have any sheets or pillows for the pullout couch. The hand towels were dirty. This was a six person room with only 4 towels and 2 washclothes, which was inconvenient after a long day at the waterpark with 4 children. The shower also leaked all over the bathroom floor. Overall I would not recommend this hotel, I booked it because it was slightly cheaper than the Hilton next door, won't make that mistake again.

Disappointed I asked for extra towels blankets and pillows and then I was told that oh well we’re full so I don’t know if I can get you those extra things while there was only blankets for the king size bed and only four pillows that’s great for only two people but I had four people on there that’s not enough I I was told the tiny little baby muffins we could have oh well you can have some but threw a fit and said that people are taking like six the muffins were terrible,the room smelled weird. The room did not smell good, I asked for more blankets for me and they did not have them, my daughter and I were bitten at night by bedbugs, the bed bugs were in the bed and on the sheets and the bathroom towels were not very clean, when I checked our departure there was no one at the reception to give the cards to a cleaning person
