Bathroom sink drain was broken and water ran onto the floor. We informed the front desk and were told it would be fixed. It was not fixed. On the last night we stayed there were ants crawling on the floor and friday morning they were in the bed.

Never again! The shower felt slimey and was full of soap scum, water pressure is terrible, floors barely looked swept up or mopped, the cabinets and counters in the kitchen had gunk on them, the whole room smelled of body odor and cigarette smoke when we arrived.

We were told because of Covid there were no dishes in the rooms. The room was only “spot cleaned”. The soap at the sink was open. The hand towels were dingy and there were not enough of them. Clothing from the last people that stayed there was under the bed.

We had a blood stain on one of our pillow cases. Our down blanket was dirty. Our bathroom sink was completely clogged. They had no maintenance onsite so I had to unclog it myself and remove hair and gunk from the drain. No coffee maker in the room. Only one cup and one small trash can for a king suite.
