Called for early check-in (1PM) before a 2pm wedding. Front desk allowed us to check in early (3pm is normal check in time). Showed up at 1pm for check in. Front desk refused to allow us to check in and claimed there was no possibility of an early check in (despite telling us that morning we could check in early over the phone). Also, the front desk workers were nasty and rude through the whole process. Late for wedding.

Fix your air conditioners The biggest issue was the air conditioners did not work. They kept giving us different rooms, missed the whole day of fun as they wanted us to move rooms.

Do not recommend. Room smelled terrible. The people in the conjoined room next to ours were heavy smokers. Complained several times and nothing happened. Small children running around banging on doors unattended. Broken glass in entry way, took over an hour for staff to come and clean.

Don't Stay Here The best part of staying at this hotel was checking out. Rooms are dated. Furniture shows lots of wear. Shower is terrible. I understand no pots & pans/silverware because of pandemic, but No Coffee Maker !! Had to walk across the street to a gas station to get coffee in the morning. Really cold Overall it was a pretty good trip the only fault that we had was was only one bed for 3 and the fact that the Air conditioner heater did not work so the room was cold

There was never anyone at the front desk. You had to ask for everything from kitchen utensils to bedding for sofa bed and towels. They were not sanitizing any common areas. The hotel was dirty and unkept.

smells of weed the hotel was dirty. From the minute I walked into the lobby to check in the whole place smelled of weed. It was terrible. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk but obviously there was nothing she could do about it. It smelled the same in the hallway by our room.
