So when I register for the night it was 5 of us with 3 towels in the room. So not enough for each guest. When we went to ask for more we were told to bring the dirty towels down to get clean ones. Then when leaving the housekeeper was rude getting off the elevator and almost hit my baby with the laundry cart never said excuse me

When we checked in, they billed us too much it did not match my email confirmation. They said they would reimburse us so hopefully they will. The room smelled moldy and there were mice turds in the fold out couch. The curtains were broke and there was something white smeared on the wall by the bed.

Dirty hotel and unsafe maintenance The hotel smelled of cigarettes. The lobby, hallways, elevator and our room was dirty. Our bathtub had hair in it. The toilet had mold under the rim. Several of the lights did not work. There was a hole in the floor in the bath and kitchen that was laminated over and you sunk in if you walked on it. We come to Columbus once a year. I will never stay here again!

The first thing was the smell when we entered the room. Like an old smoking room but there was some attempt to cover the smell. The freezer had left-over food stains. The refrigerator door seals had lots of food particles in them. No utensils, plates, etc. Later we noticed the little sign that we had to ask for these items. No one asked if we needed these at check-in. We moved the base of the tv so we could see it while sitting on the bed - gross. That tv hasn't been moved in months. I was afraid to look under the bed. If you don't want a restful stay, STAY HERE! I have 1 good thing to say about the hotel, and that was someone at the front desk named Ronnie (?). She did try to help and was polite and friendly. For the bad...where to start. The room smelled of smoke pretty badly. Despite being a "smoke free" hotel. I immediately asked for a room change, and this is where Ronnie at the front desk was accommodating. Good location for the Polaris mall and Hilton hotel. The hotel supplies no dishes or glasses unless requested, despite advertising with kitchenettes for extended stay. Everything is of poor quality, unit was very dusty. Floors were dirty. My socks were black after one evening. For for a few extra dollars the Hilton is next door, unless you need the kitchen. It was our first time at extended stay and we won’t use them again.
