It was dirty and dark, loud crowd. My bed was not changed- pubic hair on bed

Will not be back Room smelled very musty. I asked for a coffee pot and the one they gave me had an extremely moldy filter and old coffee in it. The layout of the room was odd with very little clearance between the bed and the TV stand. The heating was very loud when it kicked on, then got quieter as it ran.The breakfast room had coffee and granola bars, no fruit, no cereal, no pastries. As the title says, I won't be back.

Dirty dirty DIRTY!! This place was just awful. The rooms were disgusting, our bathroom shower curtains had mold on them, the sheets had stains, and somehow they had no extra pillows for our room. The mattress on the pull out bed had stains on it and the floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The girl at the front desk was kind but not very helpful when I expressed my concerns. I WILL NOT be back here again and I do not recommend anyone else stay here either.

This is an Extended Stay facility that provided no pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc in the room. They also provided limited towels, wash cloths, etc. This may be my fault but I was not aware that they do not provide housekeeping services until you’ve stayed for over a week. The facility is dated and not as clean as other brands.

Front desk personnel was nice. ntrance and hall's wereclean. There were long black hairs all over the room, even inside refrigerator. The shower curtain was FILTHY with black mildew all over the bottom, 5 inches wide. I have pictures of mixed shower curtain. There was a bullet hole on right side of elevator door.
