Bedbugs Checked in to 2 rooms at 10pm. Left at midnight. 1 of the 2 rooms had bedbugs. Manager refused to refund both rooms. Only willing to refund room that had active infestation of bedbugs.
Shower walls not clean. Shower curtain had mildew all along the bottom. Latch for door was pulling out of door frame. Pool step dirty/stained. Mattress on hideabed dirty. Original room smelled of smoke. No dishes available when checked in. Will probably not stay at ESA again and definitely NEVER this one again. Location was good.

The hotel was fine. The huge concern was the illegal activity occurring there that management did not seem to care about. I did not feel safe at this hotel and would never go back again!
Disgusting hotel The room had obviously not been vacuumed since hair was all over floor in bathroom as well as previous persons shampoo bottle behind the door. Bottle tops on carpet were sign it hadn’t been vacuumed either. No cleaning service. Strange men all hanging out by the back door smoking and trash/cig butts everywhere. Elevators filthy inside. I should get a refund

Poor House keeping. Kitchenette filthy, food left in cabinets, floors dirty, dust everywhere, shower had hair in it, black mold on shower curtain.

Not a great start. When we arrived in the evening the sheets were disgusting. They had crumbs and hair all over them like they had not been changed prior to our arrival. After a day in the room we had ants all over the floor. The staff was very nice and was willing to get new bedding for our family.
