If you don't want a restful stay, STAY HERE! I have 1 good thing to say about the hotel, and that was someone at the front desk named Ronnie (?). She did try to help and was polite and friendly. Good location for the Polaris mall and Hilton hotel. The hotel supplies no dishes or glasses unless requested, despite advertising with kitchenettes for extended stay. Everything is of poor quality, unit was very dusty. Floors were dirty. My socks were black after one evening. For for a few extra dollars the Hilton is next door, unless you need the kitchen. It was our first time at extended stay and we won’t use them again.

Room felt disjointed and depressing. Plus it had a dishwasher....but no dishes.

Room was old and worn. There was a kitchenette but no dishes, silverware, napkins, glasses, cookware …. nothing at all in the kitchen.

The manager and clerk were extremely disrespectful and used profane language towards my family. My husband stepped in a pile of dog poo that was in the middle of the sidewalk, the stair well and elevators were dirty and the sheets were NOT washed!
