The lady at check in was rude, she kept putting off us getting the necessities for our in room kitchen. Kept saying come back in 45. When we came back she was gone and the new staff knew nothing about it. Our room was DISGUSTING. It looked as though it had never been cleaned. Alicia and Holly made it right and moved us to another/upgraded suite. If it weren't for them and their kindness and attention to detail we would have left. Grab and go breakfast was a joke as well. Not having any utensils, plates, glasses in the room was odd. The wine opener I got from the front desk was broken, and they didn't have another one. 1 kitchen towel, the hard wood floors were sticky. Pillows were nice, bedding old. The whole room lacked any welcoming vibe. Trash was piled up by back entrance, stairwell filthy.

Never Again Room has seen better days. Carpet old, beds hard. No sheets for sleeper sofa. Bathroom dirty. Hallways of building dirty. Staircases absolutely filthy. Trash cans by every exit full. Empty cases of beer on ground next to full trashcans. Breakfast was not as expected. Only grab n go items, instant oatmeal and granola bars, coffee. No juice, or even cereal for kids. Lots of amenities off of exit. Good area, but will never stay at this hotel chain again.

Found a toilet plunger in a plastic bag inside the elevator. I could hear every step of the people above us as they moved around the room which seemed like 4 hours. Rooms also felt old and outdated. TVs were small and the sound was broken.

Rooms were not clean. Kitchen floor was sticky, couch had stains, dirt in all sinks, grounds had trash, dirty underwear in hallways, shady characters around the property. Cut my stay short.

No housekeeping from Wednesday to Saturday (the days were there for). Never again
