The room had a very bad odor and was not cleaned daily.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and a strip mall with lots of great shopping a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel conveniently located Four of us went on a shopping trip to Columbus and decided to try Extended Stay America near Polaris Mall. The location was excellent and the rooms were very spacious and clean. We didn't know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast did not have as much as other places we have stayed but there was good coffee! Also wished the sink would have been in the same room as the shower and toilet. Good for a few days or a few months. Overall a good hotel in an expensive area. Short drive from the airport and multiple destinations. Only issue was some attention to deal in the cleaning area. (The hairdryer and sink area check). Besides that no complaints.
