Beds and pillows were extremely hard. Their continental breakfast was a joke. Prepackaged little debbie rype muffins that were expired. 2 small round tubs with cereal. Thats all they had

Broken into cars... skip this place The hotel room itself was nice. There was plenty of space for my family of 6. There is basically no breakfast, so come prepared or go out to eat. They only served muffins and coffee. During the night 5 cars were broken into leaving smashed glass from windows all over and unhappy patrons. We were very lucky to have not been one of the broken into cars by just a couple spaces. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Horrible experience. First room was filthy, second room was cleaner but not great. Sound issues with the guests above us and people in the halls, all day and all night. Vehicle was broken into and robbed along with four other vehicles on the property. Offered a free one night stay at any branch (I think?) good for one year. I refuse to use it and will not stay at another Extended Stay America location, let alone this one. Old, not very clean and misleading. The walls were paper thin, could hear the dog in the room below us barking.

The room was dirty and smelled moldy. The hair dryer was missing when we informed Hotel staff they wouldn't get us a new one just make a note for the room so to not charge us

My shower and bathroom was not cleaned. I asked the front desk if housekeeping could come and clean my bathroom and they told me housekeeping had left for the day. The time housekeeping was requested was around 3pm. The time during check in hours. I was not satisfied with having an uncleaned bathroom and seeing someone’s hair in the tub.
