I would never stay with this hotel chian due to very unprofessional and inconsistent services even before we check in. We made an reservation with this hotel for Saturday night, after being in town for the MLS soccer game. While we were watching a game, I received a email saying that we were checked in and how was your check in through expedia. We thought we'd just deal with it when checking in. 3 hours later, being in heat for all evening and tired, we apparently showed up in wrong location of this chain hotel, where we wer... read more

Tried to give another chance but never again here Bad. Only thing good is the location. This is the 2nd time I have been here and the last time was horrible. Last time there was stains all over the bed and this time the bath tub drain was broke and pulled out of the tub and also black mold showing there. I took pictures and will post pics of it.

Nasty Stains on bed! Front desk did not care

I like to large rooms. I disliked dirty towel in the bathroom from previous occupant. TV would receive only half the channels in the evening. Breakfast was very sparse Selection and on all days add to contact staff to Restock. Hard to regulate water temperature in bathroom sink secondary to loose handle. Switch on kitchen light only worked in the half on half off position Very noisie

You definitely get what you pay for. It’s not terrible but definitely no frills. The room keys stop working after 20 mins no matter how much they reset them. I never stored the key near electronics (like phones) but it’s incredibly annoying to have your key NEVER work. My room also don’t smell fresh (smells like pets) and there is no housekeeping provided. For the price, there are far better options if you book in advance.

Very poorly maintained hotel. Breakfast was minimal, tv barely worked, and hotel guest seemed to be a rougher crowd...
