Many issues regarding this stay. When we booked, information stayed the room sleeps 6, with a sofa bed. There were only two beds in the room, no sofa. Key cards were constantly deactivating. No trash cans in the room. Pool area was filthy and out daughter refused to swim. Trash was over flowing (likely due to no trash cans in the room). Absolutely horrible rooms !! The first room had German Cockroaches all in the room we immediately left ,second room was not cleaned at all it had a hand towel under the fitted sheet blood on the comforter and trash all underneath the sink and the floors were filthy!! My daughter and i had no choice we had to stay but we ourselves disinfected the entire room and put our sheets we had on the bed.The only thing they offered was a different room supposedly a upgraded room but it was being so called clean and the ceiling had spot... read more

Bathroom shower head is hanging off the wall. Laminate flooring is peeling off the ground in the sink area. The lamps by the bed were rusted at the bottom.

Worst hotel ever, Bedding was filthy, roaches all over the place. They even had roach bait in the restroom. HORRIBLE!!! I complained to front desk, they offered another room and turned out to be the same or worse with roaches. NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!

It was very outdated. There was a kitchen and an option to call the front desk to have utensil, plates, cup, coffee maker, etc delivered to your room. I called several times and no one ever answered. Also, the beds were hard as a rock… my husband and I woke up and our backs and necks were killing us. There was only one body bath towel even though there were 3 people listed to stay in the room.
