First room we were assigned the sheets were dirty so we got moved then there were roaches in the bathroom of the second room and then we were moved once again and just did not enjoy the stay at All. Couldn’t find a luggage cart to load stuff so had to carry it ourselves and just wasn’t a good stay at all

A lot of Cockroach, dirty bedsheets, sofa bed sheets was stained with blood, dirty shower curtain, no WiFi, no trash can, toilet wouldn’t flush, dirty and tear towels, no good breakfast

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. First they didn't have a room available they had to clean one even though the room was signed off clean. Had to wait almost 4 hrs to get a blanket and sheets for the sofa bed. Didn't have fresh towels available either. There was a lot of illegal activity going on outside and inside the hotel....seen cops there a couple of times. Had to buy our own dishes as well as silverware because they were charging for theres. Took my family swimming and the back entrance/exit didn't even work with your room... read more

The staff was friendly but when we got to our room, the first thing we noticed was that there was blood on both of the beds. No shower curtain in the bathroom and a big COCKROACH near the table in the. We were traveling our 3 month old baby. That is absolutely disgusting, unsanitary and unacceptable!!

BYOB Utensils The coffee was good the breakfast not so much, especially after staying there 6 days. I made our own breakfast in the kitchen. The housewares were pretty slim with no decent knives or lids for the pots (though it was shown) There was a mistake in checking in with regards to Wink the Hospice Service Animal and the refund was made after the upgrade.

Saw bugs in the room. Never saw a phone in the room. Frig didn’t open. They only had a handful of muffins out for breakfast.

Falta mucha limpieza, desde la entrada y el cuarto la recamara que nos dieron no era como la que nos ofrecieron en la foto, el sofa cama esta muy sucio, el personal no cuenta con uniforme.

Checking in there was a black widow on the wall. When we got to the room there was empty water bottles behind the lamps, when you would sit at the end of the bed the whole bed would go up. Later on that night we started seeing roaches and they couldn’t move us to another room.
