Do Not RECOMMEND! We booked the room specifically for the pull-out couch feature. When arriving to our room the pull-out couch was broken, we let them know that we needed some kind of an accommodation as the reservation was booked for 2 adults and 4 children and there was not enough space for everyone to sleep. They let me know there was nothing they could do to help; they had no rooms to move us to and did not have any extra roll away beds. AS A RESULT, THE ADULTS HAD TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR SO THE KIDS HAD ENOUGH ROOM!!!!!!!... read more

Elevator was broken, first room had a big puddle in the kitchen, no hair conditioner, and I wouldn't ever call that breakfast, maybe a snack at best. Prepackaged muffins and oatmeal. There was no juice or fruit. Our door was difficult opening and closing. Overall, disappointing.

WORST EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE Worst experience ever! Someone else checked in with our booking which was charged on my card. After a lot of inconvenient back and forth between hotel staff and hotels.com they agreed to give us a room after an hour.. On getting to the room, it had a bad musty odor, horrible bathroom, and lights that would not switch on.
