Vacation stay ruined We booked a room at this hotel through Hotels.com after indicating that we would be traveling with 3 adults (2 parents and an adult child) and 2 children under 18. The room description stated that there were "multiple beds" and space enough to accommodate the travelers registered for the stay. When we arrived, we were given a room with two queen beds and a single chair that neither rolled out nor reclined.
