DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is not only beyond unclean it is unsafe. The police upon arrival should have been an indicator but we gave it a chance. The first room had mold throughout the pullout sofa bed and when opening it saw why. It was soaked in pee and covered in pet hair. We were then met with a loud banging while in the bath and when opening the door the male manager pushed past myself and son to look “for a leak” all in my room. Very nice room for the price but DO NOT expect any form of breakfast. Tiny muffin, boiling wateranf an instant oatmeal packet. That's it!

Last Resort Staff was very friendly and check in was breeze. BUT The room smelled like smoke as soon as you opened the door. There were roaches in the bathroom and all the metal in the room and bathroom had rust on them.

The best part: the staff was very nice and welcoming. The property is very worn and dated. I won’t walk barefoot on the bathroom floor, and refused to shower because the tub & shower appear to be dirty & moldy. Coffee is only available downstairs for a limited time in the morning. This is a barest essentials, extended stay hotel. The beds are adequate and sheets looked clean, otherwise, I would have left. Pets & children are welcome. The hotel is VERY noisy - guests, traffic and frequent sirens. I will not stay here again.

Too many roaches for my stay We have stayed here before plenty of times and like the location and that it’s close to a lot of major stores. The rooms, are large enough for a family. Just these past couple times: we have dealt with roaches. We gave it the second chance after the first time this past weekend, and we found 6 roaches within our 2 night stay. Some even smashed in our towels. The room didn’t have no trash can, and the bed cover was dirty. I think we did our last booking here. Thank you but next.

Pull out bed didn't work. They will not bring you clean towels. You have to bring them to the front desk. Refrigerator didn’t work. Air conditioner was loud and didn’t work properly. No one was ever at the front desk. I had to call the emergency number. Only one roll of toilet paper, no extra. I had to ask for more. Bathroom was dirty. Bathtub didn’t drain. Just all around horrible.

Needs update and cleanliness-mold! First room we checked into had mold visible on chair and sofa bed . After that 2nd room did not have mold but not clean. We bought clraning supplies and cleaned but floorboards coming up and cracking. Stayed in other extended stay accommodations before and no issues but due to lack of cleanliness did not even try their breakfast items- not rven coffee. Thats bad!! We checked in 9:30 pm. Had we gone earlier we may have tried to cancel stay but places booked already. Do not recommend. Also el... read more
