Rooms were not clean. My children found tons of trash under the beds and there was hair in the bathtub. The hallway smelled like cat pee and cigarette smoke. The manager did try to make it right and move us to a different room which was slightly better. The place needs work and the housekeepers need training.

Misleading Amenities and Maintenance Issues I stayed here during spring break, and while there were some positives, the experience was disappointing. The listing advertised free breakfast, but it only included coffee, packaged muffins, unflavored oatmeal, and hot water—not a standard breakfast. Improvement definitely needed. I booked this hotel through a third-party site and had a bit of a frustrating experience with pre-payment. The staff called me five times to confirm my stay and process the payment. I explained multiple times that I planned to pay with a different card upon arrival, and they acknowledged this, but my credit card was still charged anyway. Check-in was smooth, which was a plus! I booked a room with two beds and a pullout couch. The couch did not pull out it was stuck. If that was the case I would have just booked the room with double beds and not the one with the couch. The air condition made a lot of noise. We stayed because it was only for one night. The staff was nice but I didn't like the hotel.

Our check in was great, but our room wasnt, it was dirty, the couch was stuck and we couldnt use it. We saw chips in the couch, hair, etc in the floor. Then we moved to another room, the coach was OK, the floor was too dirty, our socks end black. I think if they make an effort to clean the rooms correctly, thay have a great place to stay.

Not Family Friendly The room had a broken recliner, the bathroom had blood looking stains on the floor, the shower had mold around the bottom of it. The breakfast they advertised is coffee and oatmeal (with water) and muffins, but by the time we made it down the muffins were gone and the service said they wouldn't have more until tomorrow. At 10:00 am we got a knock from housekeeping, we told her we were still there, 10 minutes later she was back, asking when we'd checkout. Our room was a total mess: the carpet was dirty, rust on lamp, dirty fingerprints on the bathroom door, no cleaning services during our four nights stay, the «breakfast included» should be identify as «coffee, muffins and oatmeal packs… only one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay, toilet seat broken, shower curtain with mold stain, dirty windows, etc, etc…
