Horrible Nightmare- filthy stained bed! The mattress on the sofa bed has 6 large brown stains, absolutely discussing! The attendant told me that she was all alone and couldn’t change out the bed because they didn’t have any. And couldn’t switch our room because they didn’t have any. When we first got there it was hot in the room so we turned the AC down to 65 which it did nothing. The front desk came to look at it and said nothing was wrong with it. The pull out couch was broken so my son and nephew had to sleep on the floor our entire stay. The beds were hard as rocks. I am very disappointed with this extended stay and will not be returning.

Will start off by saying the property is hardly maintained…… the lobby is very small. No one is ever available at the front desk, you got to keep ringing bell to call someone….. shampoo , soap, dishes, dish washer needs to be carried by the customer to their room even towels , blankets and sheets. No ice maker, in the name of breakfast it’s just muffins and coffee which stinks.
