I arrived at the property at 3:10 or so, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell, called the number and nothing. Other guests had arrived so there was a group of 4 different families waiting. The front desk clerk finally showed up an hour and a half later. She had an attitude and said she was outside throwing thrash. She was unapologetic and uncaring. Upon arrival, my room was not ready. They gave me a discount of $25 since I had a puppy with me and didn’t charge me for one day. In addition, this was due to the pull out couch not working and when I asked for another room, they stated they didn’t have another room for us. We could use the restroom in the lobby area and they did not provide explanation other than it’s locked. Smelled like smoke everywhere. The parking lot wasn’t well lit. There was urine in the toilet in my room, what looked like dirt or mud in the tub, the kitchen floor was sticky, there were bugs and what looked like mold in the dishwasher and it was very noisy. I explained to the front desk receptionist what the room looked like, she apologized and was very nice but I did not stay there and asked for a refund immediately. Really terrible experience overall except the staff was nice.

Don’t stay here Never Again!! This place was awful…the reviews must be from employees because NO. The smell was soooo overpowering and it’s basic and cheap looking. They have “hourly” guests. Yuck. Didn’t even stay the night.

I booked this hotel for my son and his family. He is active military and was traveling across country for new orders to Guam. The room needed new carpet and apparently exterminating. On day two they found newly hatched roaches everywhere, including their bed. When my son asked for new room, they were told there weren't any available. I will say the staff I met were courteous and we were issued a refund since my son had to find a different hotel.
