Customer service was very bad not to mention I was not able to get any cooking supplies or dishes my whole entire stay I was told that they didn’t have enough and they had to order more my bath towels looked like they had pubic hair in them I didn’t get any tissue for my room I asked a number of times for dishes tissue and bath towels and never received them this was the worst Hotels I’ve ever stayed in

Terrible place Very unsafe bugs all in the room no plates spoons forks and knifes blames everything on corona virus very rude staff I would never recommend or stay at this location ever agen

It's clean and nice. But this morning i got rudely woken up with a bang at the door from the lady at the front at 845 am this morning and then I got called at 10am saying both times if I stay past 11 I'ma get charged again ....and then I go inside to pay I waited 10 min in the lobby because the girl in the back was watching love and hip hop on her phone after she watched me walk inside the door right after she had helped a dude right infront of me and she was very rude when she talked .....I have been staying here for a whil... read more

The reason I chose and Extended Stay was to have the convenience of being able to cook and eat in our room. The room came with no appliances or dishes. We had to request them.Still could not get any cookware, as they were out of pots and pans. And had to request the bedding for the pull out sofa bed twice. Room had damaged furniture and shelves that collapsed when we put the bedding on them
