The property smelled like rotton food, trash and dog waste that was piled up in the stairwell. Constant smoking, cigarrets and pot on the property along the doorways. Requested sanitizer spray, told not available. Asked for silverware and was treated like it was an inconvenience. There was no cookware, utelsils or even a blanket in the room. I showed up with reservations and was told my reservation wasn’t till the next day . Which was a lie . Then he canceled my hotel and charged my card

The room smelled like cigarettes, my clothes smelled like cigarettes. I asked the front desk for ferbreze and they said they don’t have any. My neighbors dogs kept barking all night and they were fighting. The SMELL OF CIGARETTES MADE ME NAUSEOUS AND MY CLOTHES NOW SMELL LIKE NASTY SMOKE.
