Dated and dirty, non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Shower was leaking and rusted. No power during the course of our stay and we had to leave for other accommodations. Staff members hard to find on site.

Not good at all The bed was dirty hard with springs sticking out it was the worst room I ever stayed in

Extended Stay America - Dallas - Doesn't Care Upon arrival at 11pm my wife was told that they had no rooms available, even thought we booked a week in advance. Hotel staff stated they "Didn't have contact phone number to call", even though my confirmation email has both my wife's and my phone number. They were less than concerned about sending away a female at 11:00pm and made ZERO effort to accomodate or fine other means of stay. Not pet friendly $100 fee per dog I picked this place because I needed let friendly for my service dog, they wanted to charge me 100$ for the dog, the room is 50$, so it'll be more kust to accommodate my dog. He slept in the van as they said security would check my room.
