Our stay was fine Our stay was fine the room was clean and everything worked . The shower had good pressure. The heater for the Spa was not working and it was cold was the only thing we found bad Thanks
good quality and affordable Easy to find hotel in a great area...for this price, I highly recommend this hotel. The only downside was a slow check-in and check-out process.
Pleasant stay Very nice. Staff was extremely helpful. [...] The staff bent over backwards to make this a smooth stay for me. Definitely better than most of the "extended stay" type properties I have stayed with.

Prior to check in I r placed three calls to confirm the reservation never could reach desk person call the hotels.com spoke with three different people stating that I could not reach anyone at the front desk to confirm check in they prompted me to call back later saying that the attendant was doing a security walk through after arriving at hotel found out that the hotels is being renovated this is 12:30 in the morning an inconvenience nightmare...... caledl this morning everyone is passing the blame!!!!!!
